this is SO, out of pure boredom.
[ive finally unpacked, gone to school,
cleaned my room, and even gone
assesment book shopping. theres nothing left to do until
joey gets here, so.... heheh]

WHY DO PEOPLE FRICKING PAIR AZULA AND SOKKA TOGETHER?!?!?!its just so stupid and retarded. retarded in not-a-good way. im jumping around the avatar communities on FF, LJ and DA. and most of them generally seem to say that its a good match. but like, HOW WILL AZULA EVER LIKE SOKKA? OR VICE-VERSA?!? sokka cant bend, and azula's power hungry. even if you make her a harmless kitten like some do on FF, their characters are just so out-of-the-wack unmatchable that they dont deserve to be tgt. i'll rather azula goes incesterous on ozai even, cos as least they're both equally crazy.
then. theres the
zutara thing thats got everyone ranting.

EWWW, NEVER!! rating.
personally, i like the pairing cos i think aang is just too young for katara, nevermind their ages here and all. katara and zuko are both fiery passionate people anyway, while aang should go with toph cos they're both the same type of quiet-and-yet-determined people.
to add to the twist, some people have mentioned
the OEDIPUS complex. the oedipus complex
is the childhood desire to sleep with the mother and to kill the father. the kaangs have used this against the zutaras, and its quite a valid arguement against why zuko should go with katara. its true that ozai was a downright bastard, but im pretty sure zuko didnt want to sleep with his mom (EW!). its just coincidental that katara looks like his mom [book 3]. here's the DA link anyway. im quite amazed at the depth of research people can come up with to support their cannons! truly. if we put that much effort into our homework.. hahah. back to zutara, sadly it wasnt to be as the finally installation of the series shows a maiko (mai+zuko) pairing instead):
sigh. back to the holiday stuff... ive got so much to do but no mood to start): ive bought more math and amath tys to add to my brillant collection of torture equiptment.
