if you feel like running,
you know i'd understand... SICK AGAIN>< ;-;sigh. you know how it is when you think you're invincible, you try to juggle all your lives, and then when you just cant afford to you break down,
you do? YEAH. im still learning the limits of my rioting body D:
oh well, i guess i do need the rest... ;-;
and meanwhile, keeping me company is
ANNA KARENINA! heheh, its a russian by Leo Tolstoy. im getting more extreme tastes for my books. i reallise that to a certain extent, these stories are my escape. books offer a different portal to life, they bring you a temporary escape to another life. as F451 says...
Good writers touch life often. the mediocre ones run a quick hand over her.
the bad ones rape her and leave her for the flies.
stupid Guna keeps laughing that all girls like fantasy writers:DD (think Twilight and the whole EC hoax). hahaha... i know he's true to point. for me, i feel that it doesnt matter what the genre is. an excellent writers will bring about these feelings in any style, and most often these bring it about in fantasy, weaving in such detail that people see it as reality.
ANNYWAY,
ANNA KARENINA! you know how disney and dreamworks always tell you to
'follow your heart'and it'll lead to a pot of gold or something like so? yup, the book is about two women, Anna and Kitty, who follow their hearts... except that anna's heart led her to destruction and her eventual suicide, while kitty just got the whole world and its happiness. it sort of leaves you wondering what if your heart is wrong, would you end up follow it to the wrong place? and if [ohmygosh, it IS wrong], then what can i trust? its quite a dark read, but lovely all the same.
once again: ratings for dry wit and dark humour to be advised ;D"GUIDE TO PRONUNCIATION STRESSES, WITH DIMINUTIVES AND VARIANTS. RUSSIAN NAMES ARE MADE UP OF FIRST NAME, PATRONYMIC ( FROM THE FATHER'S FIRST NAME), AND FAMILY NAME. FORMAL ADDRESS REQUIRES THE USE OF THE FIRST NAME AND PATRONYMIC. AMONG FAMILY AND INTIMATE FRIENDS, A DININUTIVE OF THE FIRST NAME IS NORMALLY USED.
some of tolstoy's aristocrats ahve adopted the fashion of using english or russified english diminutives - dolly, kitty, stiva, kostya, levin, va'rvara', lvov. with the exception of karenina, we use only the masculine form of family names..."
hahaha. okay the russian patronym is cool :D i want one! but i'll be strange. i think i'll rather have a french patronym. okay off to dinner and fanfictions! i have 15 other mozillas open :/ im developing an obsession, bother.
BYE! (:~
PS. THE MINIFRIDGE IS NOW OFFICIALLY IN USE!!! WHOOOOOOOOO!!~
